Over the week of July 4th, we joined the Griffin family at Lake James, which is about an hour from our home in Black Mountain, NC. It was a great week as the kids loved swimming everyday, Laela watched her first fireworks display, and Hayne learned how to slalom. Brad and Elizabeth were skiing like pros by the end of the week as well. We are so blessed with great family on both sides of our marriage and it is great to be able to spend time with all of them.
